At itscustomboxes.com, we are committed to providing custom packaging solutions that match your exact artwork files, dimensions, and specifications. Since custom boxes are tailored unique products manufactured solely for your brand, we outline our return and refund guidelines below.

1. Manufacturing Defects & Errors

If your order arrives with manufacturing defects or differs significantly from the approved 3D digital mockup or physical prototype, we will issue a 100% free reprint of the defective units. Error claims must be submitted within 7 business days of delivery. To file a claim, please email:

• Photos or video demonstrations showing the structural or printing issue.
• A description of the defect, reference to the order number, and quantities affected.

2. Cancelations and Re-routing

Since custom packaging requires intensive pre-press plate setup and material preparation, orders can only be canceled before final digital artwork sign-off. Once you approve the dielines and manufacture begins, the materials are cut, and we cannot offer cancellations or cash refunds.

3. Shipping Damages

If your boxes are damaged during shipping transit, please note the damage on the courier's delivery receipt before signing and contact us immediately. We will initiate a claims process with the freight carrier and expedite reprint production to replace the damaged inventory.
