Welcome to itscustomboxes.com. By accessing our website, requesting price quotes, or submitting custom box purchase orders, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms and Conditions of service.

1. Artwork Approvals and Pre-Press

Clients are solely responsible for verifying the accuracy of all graphics, text copy, layout dielines, barcodes, and warning stamps placed on final production artwork files. Once a client signs off on the digital 3D mockup or PDF dieline, manufacture begins, and we cannot be held responsible for typographical, layout, or design errors.

2. Color Accuracy

We utilize high-grade offset lithography and digital printing presses. Color outcomes can vary slightly depending on whether cardstock is bleached white board, greyboard, or brown Kraft paper. We match colors using standard CMYK values and Pantone Matching System (PMS) color values. A minor color variance between digital screen proofs and actual printed boxes is normal in bulk paperboard manufacturing.

3. Overruns and Under-runs

Due to the mechanical processes of printing, coating, and high-speed die-cutting, custom manufacturing runs may produce slight overruns or under-runs. We aim for 100% precision, but a margin of +/- 5% in order quantities is standard in the packaging industry. You will only be billed for the exact number of units shipped.
